We spend so much time hitting KPIs and shipping products that we often forget to check if we are actually building a life and career that resonates with who we truly are.
I founded Peak Performance Coaching LLC to be the partner I wish I had during my own career pivots.
My coaching style is calm, reflective, and nurturing. I don’t believe in 'hustle culture' or generic advice. Instead, I provide a steady, grounded environment where early and mid-career professionals can slow down enough to hear their own thoughts.
